New functional requirements emerged in this store when new products were added and caused the need for changes of operational and human resources’ nature. As a result, a new open plan production bar was redesigned; the bar hosts and visually protects all operational needs. At the same time, this particular redesign choice gave way to more space; more tables and seats increased the business strength of this commercial space.
